It is with sadness that the passing of Joyce Rutherford of Blaine, Tennessee is shared. Joyce, born on August 24, 1937, passed away on July 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Rutherford; her parents, Vernon Maples and Juanita Maples; her siblings, Billie Brown, Sue Griffin, Mary Waldrop, Charlotte Stalans, Ronnie, Donald, Bud and Charles Maples; her son-in-law Jeffrey Pappas; and her granddaughter Amber Heatherly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Martin (Danny), Micki Heatherly (James), Kathy Pappas and Jamie Carter (Tim); and her sisters, Deloris Rodney and Shirley Menix. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
