He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Moor and Vera G. Moor Scott; his sister Minna Curtis; his grandson Tim; and his wife Jane Anne Docherty Moor.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Moor (Lisa) and Jan McCann (Mike); his grandson Ryan (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Eason and Emory Moor; his granddaughter-in-law Vanessa (Tim); his great grandchildren, Gunner, Colton and Keiran Moor; and his grandchildren, Forrest McCann (Jenn) and Autumn McCann (Matt).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church in Blountville, Tennessee for the church building fund.
