He is survived by: his mother Cynthia "Cookie" Willis; his stepparents, David Willis and Tracy Spitzer; his son Noah Spitzer; his siblings, Shauna Williams (Danny) and Jon McGlothlin; his half-siblings, Christopher, Austin Spitzer and Logan Gere; his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Kelsea Condry, Ryleigh McGlothlin, Jonathan McGlothlin and John-Luke Williams; his aunts and uncles, Vonda Hager, Wallace Hager, Steve Frost, Bonnie McGlothlin, Jody Roberts, Larry Gordon (Ginger), Buddy McGlothlin (Veronica) and Tony Spitzer; and his cousins, Josh Frost, Wendi Salyer (Jeff) and Travis Hager (Kristy).
