He is survived by : his parents, Charlie Burgett and Brandy Smith; his daughter Rylie Rigney; his stepfather Jason Smith; his brothers, Colton Burgett and Abel Smith; his stepsister Destiny Ferrell; his nephew Kamdyn; and his grandparents, Gary, Velma Dotson, Carolyn Dotson, Bonnie and Harold Smith.
