He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Paul Daugherty and Patsy Hawkins Daugherty; his daughter Amanda Noel Daugherty; and his sister Sherry Baumgardner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Osborne Daugherty; his children, Courtney Derrick (Justin) and Jay Austin-Daugherty; his grandchildren, Jayson, Carson, Jaxson and Aryana; his great-nieces, Ava and Olivia; and his siblings, Rhonda Starnes and Sid Daugherty (Tammy). He is also survived by Several other nieces, nephews, cousins and dear family and friends.
