He is survived by: his daughter Faye Ashe; his wife Barbara; his daughters, Jean Spence (Herman) of Dallas and Lynn Loy (Will) of LaFollette; his granddaughters, Ann Spence and Lee Kitchen (Ryan) of Knoxville; and his sister Mary Snyder (Jonesborough) of LaFollette.
