He is survived by: his wife Glenda Shake; his brothers, Mike Shake (Linda) and Ted Shake (Becky); his siblings-in-law, Elaine and Bob Fife; and his cousins, Sonny, Joyce Shake, Sam and Carol Shake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
