He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dezarn; his daughter Andrea Hensley; his stepchildren, Christina Dockery (Brandon) and Jeff Davis; his grandchildren, Taylor Dezarn, Haven Dockery, Blake Dockery, Abby Davis and Dylan Davis; his sisters, Charlene Henry and Ellen Johnson; his close friends, Dave Taylor, Billy Hensley, Wayne Fugate and Johnson; and his pets, Chloe and Fuzz.
