He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Heather Banks, Misty Banks, Tiffany Musser, Bradley Long (Olivia) and Shawn Musser; his adoptive daughter Tamara Foster; his grandsons, Jake Anderson and Zachary Owens; his siblings, Johnny Banks (Darlene), Paulette Caldwell (Dana), Debbie Dye (Ken), Marianne Tompkins (Phil), Danny Banks (Cathy) and Amanda Barker; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie, Jenny, Julie, Jonathon, Chris, Stephen, Greg, Jeff, Josh, Caleb, Crystal, Alexander, April, Adam, Nova and Trey.
