He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Payne and Doris Payne. He is survived by: his daughters, Cierra Payne and Elizabeth Vance (Derek); his grandchildren, Briella, Renley, Gracie and Dominic; his siblings, Norman "Butch" Payne (Tammy), Jeff Payne (Linda) and Donna Shepherd (Anthony); his nephews, Jason, Josh, Jeremy, Jonathan and Torrey; and the mother of his children Carrie Hardin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; numerous friends.
