She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Blevins; her children, Cher Demeza (Joel) and Aaron Blevins (Pam); her grandchildren, Josh Blevins (Makayla), Haley Blevins, Tyler Blevins, Leo Demeza, Ava Demeza, Katie Smith and Marcie Ward; and her siblings, Lois Wright, Jack Forrester (Barbara) and Scott Forrester (Shirley). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers –in- laws.
