He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hartsock and Della Hartsock; his siblings, Ralph, Guy, John, Claude Junior and Maudie; his daughter Ronda Davis (Rodney Davis); his grandson Brad Davis; and his great grandchild Lily Otis.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Doris; his sons, Ricky (Donna), Randy and Robbie (Rhonda); his sisters, Shirley, Phyllis, Judy, Polly, Linda and Patricia; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Amanda, Jerica, Justin, Erica, Emily and Elizabeth.
