It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosa Lee Millsap (Blountville, Tennessee), born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hulse and Anne Hulse; her husband Silas Millsap; her son Ernest Millsap; and her sister Kathleen McClure.

She is survived by: her son Wendell Millsap (Jackie); and her siblings, Curly Lawson (H. B.) and John Henry Hulse (Norma). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wheeler United Methodist Church of Blountville, TN.
