She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Sluder and Ruby Fritz Sluder; and her brothers, Fred Sluder and Danny Sluder. She is survived by : her husband Don Shaffer; her children, Judy Franklin (Brian Hare) of Bluff City and Richie Shaffer (Lea Ann); her grandchildren, Hunter Wimer, Eden Wimer, Dylan Shaffer and Bret Shaffer; and her siblings, James Sluder of Bluff City and Sandy Turner of Elizabethton.
