He is survived by: his children, Vickie Blevins (Robert) and Chris Smith; his son-in-law Jim Jackson (Becky); his grandchildren, Bobbie Griffith (Mike), Jenna Quintero, Jessie Blevins (Seth) and Jamie Jackson (Ellee); his great grandchildren, Corbin Griffith, Stella Quintero, Norah Baird, Julian Quintero, Olivia Griffith and Emery Jackson; his siblings, Paul Smith, Midge Shepherd (Bob) and Billie Jean Olvey (Joe); and his sister-in-law Colleen Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Elizabeth Chapel Community Church (1041 Elizabeth Chapel Rd, Bluff City, TN 37618). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
