She is survived by : her husband Roger Paul Payne of Bluff City, TN; her children, James Payne, Christopher Payne (Rebecca Payne) of Raysal, WV and Alexis Payne of Bradshaw, WV; her granddaughters, Haley Payne of Raysal, WV, Zoey Payne of Raysal, WV and Madeline Edwards of Bradshaw, WV; her brothers, Johnny Goodman (Judy) of Bradshaw, WV and Danny Goodman of Sevierville, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Roosevelt Payne of Bristol, TN, Joseph Payne (Mary) of Graham, NC, Fern Looney of Bluff City, TN, Loretta Rowe of Paynesville, WV and Penny Braggs of Beckly, WV. A.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Home and Christopher Payne and Wife Rebecca Payne of Raysal, WV.
