He is survived by: his wife Vivian Bills; his children, Gabrielle Bills, Veronica Bills, Zachary Jenkins, Luke Bills (Alex), Tianna Perrotte (Noah) and Zoe Bills; his grandchildren, Agustin Cardenas, Simon Cardenas, Eliana Perrotte and Juniper Perrotte; and his brother David Bills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grace Meadows Church (162 John France Rd, Johnson City, TN 37659). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
