He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Carr Maines; his son Rocky; his daughter-in-law Onanong Maines; his grandchildren, Chaiyos and Sarah Maines of West Virginia; his great grandchildren, Sydney and Rheanna; his grandchildren, Nate, Josiah, Eliza Rose, Matthias and Ashley Maines of Texas; his great grandchildren, Rileigh, Roman and River; his daughter Jill Maines Roberts (AJ); his grandchildren, Nicholas Wishon (Holly), Nolan Wishon (Rachael Haley), Ella Roberts and Branson Roberts; his children, Todd Maines and Sierra Maines; his siblings, Roy Maines (Joyce) and Louise Koontz; and his siblings-in-law, Mickey Carr, Jeff Carr, Glennie Maines and Betty Maines. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
