He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hawk and Beulah Wetzel Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Allyson Moore and Bryan Hawk (Misty); his grandchildren, Johnathan Moore (Judy), Sarah Moore (Garrett Pagan) and Lauren Hawk; his great grandchildren, Noah and Aubrey Moore; and his siblings, Dennis, Howard Hawk and Judith Bates. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Fellowship Chapel Building Fund in Gary's name.
