Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hugh Allen Wise of Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 80, on October 29, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lawrence and Leaphy Kiser Wise. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wise; his sons, Mark Wise (Diane) and Scott Wise (Becky); his grandson Thomas Wise (Marni); and also, Billy Dixon (Shannon) and Lilly Ann Dixon.
