It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Hodge of Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hodge, Sr.; her parents, Mathew Jones and Clotilde Russo Jones; her brother Robert "Bobby" Jones; and her granddaughter Latasha Hodge.
She is survived by: her son Richard Hodge, Jr.; her granddaughters, Wendy Hodge and Autumn Hodge McKinney (Westley); her great grandchild Brantley; her grandchildren, Summerlea Hodge (Brianna), Brettello Russo (Tim) and Candace Hodge Greer (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Ayrabella, Jaxon, Liliana and Emmalyn; her daughters, Aravea and Alessiana; her sister Angela Cairns (Rick); her siblings' child Asia; her brothers, Lawrence and Timmy JonesOther; her niece Carrie; her aunt Elisa Vuotto; her sisters-in-law, Karen Hodge and Karen Jones Brown; her goddaughter Chasity Hutchins; her grandsons, Matthew (Kaitlyn), Brandon and Austin; and also Dakota.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sunrise Cemetery (700 Dry Branch Rd, Bluff City, TN 37618). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Piney Flats Freewill Baptist Church (100 Cherry Rd, Piney Flats, TN 37686).
