He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Rutledge and Margaret Rutledge (McGhee); his wife Debra Jean "Debbie" Rutledge (Payne); and his brother Tommy Rutledge, Jr.. He is survived by : his son Kevin Rutledge (Jody) of Bluff City, Tennessee; his granddaughter Breanna Rutledge of Bluff City, Tennessee; and his brother Steve Rutledge.
