He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Crumley and Virginia Crumley (Repass); and his siblings, Donald "Bo" Crumley and Jaquelyn Ruth Doss. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Crumley; his children, Nicky Lynn Crumley (Amber), Megan MacGregor (Nick) and Holly Crumley; his grandchildren, Jake Crumley and Paisley MacGregor; his siblings, Regina Jannenga and Jimmy Crumley (Lois); and his close friend Chris Church. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
