She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Hill and Cora Benefield Hill; her husband Jack Webb; her son-in-law Victor Dietz; and her granddaughter Jacqueline Regan.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah K. Dietz, Jack Donald Webb, Jr. (Diane) and Dawn Regan (Jay); her grandchildren, Jamie, Ryan, Melissa, Lindsey, Kristen, Nick, Alex, Jack III and Jake; and her sisters, Mary Dean Wade and Latricia Beebe. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
