We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2025, at the age of 80, Tommy Boyd in Bluff City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Tommy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Tommy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boyd (Bertie Boyd) and Bertie Boyd; and his daughter Tammy Odem. He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Boyd; his children, Chastie Boyd and Waylon Boyd (Kara); his stepchildren, Misty Campbell and Joe Mays; and his sister Annie Greene. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
