He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Thomas Williams, Sr. and Blanche Evelyn Miller Williams; his wife Janice Lynn Hooten; and his granddaughter Veda Williams. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Williams of Bolivar, Benjamin Thomas Williams, III of Bolivar, Andrew Williams (Angela Hackett) of Bolivar and Haylee Williams of Bolivar; his sisters, Susannah Lax (Oren) of Gulf Shores, AL and Cynthia Doyle (Randy) of Bolivar, TN; and his grandson Jackson Williams.
