It is with sadness that the passing of David Kelley (Savannah, Tennessee) is shared. David, born on July 20, 1946, passed away on October 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemmie Kelley and Gladys Bateman Kelley; his spouse Shirley Franks Kelley; and his brothers-in-law, Winston Davidson, E. J. Franks, Gene Franks and William Franks.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Riley of Nashville, TN, Mike Riley (Sherry) of Waverly, TN and Jeff Kelley (Amy) of Stantonville, TN.; his grandchildren, Lydia, Luke Kelley, Tiffany Brown (Patrick) of Dayton, OH and Hunter Riley; and his siblings, Joe Kelley (Sue) of Savannah, TN, Gene Kelley of Clifton, TN and Louise Davidson of Clifton, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Savannah (450 Church St, Savannah, TN 38372). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (560 Nance Bend Rd, Clifton, TN 38425).
