She is survived by: her daughter Natasha Carter (Cedric); her siblings, Mary Ruth Cheairs of Bolivar, TN, Cleo Polk (Nell) of Bolivar, TN, Early Hugh Cheairs (Barbara) of Whiteville, TN, Hugh Cheairs, Michael Cheairs of Bolivar, TN and John Archie Cheairs (Barbara) of Toone, TN; her grandchildren, Rodarius Anderson and Cedric Carter Jr.; and her close friends, Annie B. Cross and Joanne Clark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
