“What does one say about a man who was so loved? That he was good? That he was kind? That he took care of his family? That he worked hard? That he served his country and loved it too? Fran was all of that and much more. Fran left this world a better place and I will remember him for that. I know that he will be sorely missed by Deb, his daughter, grand daughter., friends and family including myself.. Until we all meet again he will not be forgotten.”
