He is survived by: his children, Edwin Sain (Cassandra), Tawana Murphy and Lekeisha Murphy-Gully (Emmanuel); his grandchildren, Lamonterrio Murphy, Cordaja Murphy-Crisp (Kendrick), Ashley Sain, Jaquella Woody (Woodrow), Shelby Sain, Erica Sain, Edwin D. Sain, Madison Murphy, Roman Bond, Gabriel Lockett-Murphy, Hailey Lane and Emmanuel Gully; and his siblings, Artie Joy, Vera Hudson (Robert), Bishop Jesse Eugene Williams and Charles Woods (Darlene). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
