He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Phipps and Ruth Phipps; his sister Gwen Balser; and his brother-in-law John Hachtel. He is survived by : his children, Kachaelle Webster of Jackson and Michael Ash of Clarksville, TN; his siblings, Cathy Hachtel of Lagrange and Erny "Dale" Phipps of Peoria, AZ; and his brother-in-law Daniel Balser of Arizona. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
