He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hill; his brother Larry James Hill; his nephew Larry James Hill II; his niece Ameanna Turner; and his mother-in-law Shirley Turner.
He is survived by: his mother Louise Hardaway-Hill; his wife Angela E. Hill; his children, Akisha Turner, Cedric Jones, Jeffery Hill, Tan Turner and Ashley Turner; his grandchildren, Alexzia Turner, Natatyana Talley, Blakely Hill and Morgan Hoyle; his siblings, Teresa Cox (David), Angela Hudson (Thomas), Earnest Hill (Bo), Mitchel Hill (Maggie), Charles Hill (Maxine), Terry Hill (Ann) and Ricky Hill Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Leonard Turner, Robert Tuner (Latonia) and Deanna Turner; and his close friend Willie Parks Sr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
