We announce the death of Lucy Gaffney (Bolivar, Tennessee), who passed away on June 5, 2026, at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lee and Norma Jean Ray of Beech Bluff, TN.; and her siblings, Steve Ray, Larry Ray and Doris Stanford.
She is survived by: her husband George E. "Butch" Gaffney; her son George Gaffney Jr. (Kristy); her grandchildren, Justin Gaffney (Karen), Megan Wheat (Patrick), Heather Gaffney (Manny) and Jessica Strangfeld (Zack); her stepgrandchildren, Garrett, Riley Hathcock and Brooklyn Keats (Tanner); her great grandchildren, Liam, Harlee, Erin, Ella, Parker and Layne; and her brother Danny Ray (Barbra).
