She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Grantham Ervin and Arthur Henry Ervin; her siblings, Marvin Ervin (Mary) and Marlene DeBerry (Bobby); and her brother-in-law Erik Schultz.
She is survived by: her husband James Smith of Bolivar; her children, Rachelle McIntosh (Will) and Nathan Smith (Serena); her sister Margie Schultz; her grandchildren, Shelby Albonetti (Abel), Trey, Peyton Wilkinson, Cole, Hallie Smith, London Kunasek (Kolby), Lea and Ian McIntosh; and her great grandchildren, Brady, Kinley and Casen Albonetti. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in her name may be sent to Bolivar First Baptist Church.
