He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Allen and Lucille Allen; his wife Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Carroll Allen; his brothers, Dennis Allen (Joycie), Bobby Joe Allen, Travis Allen (Gloria Jean) and Eugene Allen (Margaret); and his nephew Danny Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Allen (Samantha Johnson); his sister-in-law Emma Allen; his niece Denise Hanson (Bob); and his nephews, Walter Allen, Roy Allen (Phil) and Mike Allen.
