He is survived by: his sister Patsy Griffin (Johnny) of Germantown; his sons, Daniel Edward Sparks (Laura) of Bolivar, TN, Walter Luke Sparks (Lisa) of Collierville, TN and Jeremiah Jason Sparks (Mai) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Anthony, Stephen, Matthew, Robert, Ryan and Brooke; and his close friend Teresa Rixie.
