He is survived by: his wife Pam Crutcher of Iuka, MS; and his children, Tim Crutcher of Gallatin, TN, Traci Crutcher of Columbia, TN, Jonathan Guess (Amanda) of Arlington, TN and Mandy Ryals (Frankie) of Munford, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a niece; and numerous friends.
