He is survived by: his children, Tony Taylor and Sonya Harper; his grandson Jeffery Harper (Grace); his great grandchildren, Ella Harper and Allie Harper; his stepchildren, Jessica Matthews (Johnny), April Hanner (Jeremy), Vickie Cravens and Shannon Buchanan; his stepgrandchildren, Alyrea, Kyla, Hannah, Brittney, Will, Tori, J. T., Josie, Preston and Nathaniel Darnell; and his sibling's children, Charles Fann, Angie Fann and Andrea Fann. He is also survived by 15 step great grandchildren.
