She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Sims (Katherine) of Nashville, Diane French (Jessie) of Bon Aqua, Susan Key (Ron) of Portland, TN, Garon Sims (Angie) of Portland, TN, Trina Brown (Mark) of Portland, TN, Steve Shuler (Michelle) of Bowling Green, KY, David Shuler of Bowling Green, KY and Daniel Shuler of Goodlettsville, TN; her siblings, David Blunkall (Rhonda) of Murfreesboro, TN, Barbara Black of Lebanon, TN, Malcom Blunkall (Denise) of Bucksnort, TN and Ricky Blunkall (Rhonda) of Tennessee; and her great great grandchildren, Yonna Heath, Donna Lennox, Simmons, Yoyo Tilley and Karen Shuler. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
