She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Roosevelt Wallace and Marvie Page Wallace; her husband Joe L. Markin; and her sisters, Ruth Wallace and Polly Trenholm.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Averitt; her grandchildren, Michelle Welch (Shad) and Joe Wayne Averitt; and her great grandchildren, Conner Welch and Isaac Joe Welch.
