He is survived by: his wife Martha Bowling Meadows of Braden, TN; his daughter Cathy Meadows Bray of Bartlett, TN; his siblings, Johnny Meadows of Warner Robins, GA, Sue Meadows Haley of Bartlett, TN and Mary Opal Deen of Eads, TN.; his grandchildren, Kaci Lane Johnson, Jared Tyler Johnson, Bryson Riley Meadows and James Dylan Meadows; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Michael York and Haisley Ann Meadows.
