She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Swafford and Billie Frances Anderson Swafford; her husband Leslie Mullins; and her sons, Roger Mullins and Thomas Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Mullins of Bradford, Gary Mullins (Melissa) of Dyer and Stanley Mullins of Bradford; and her sisters, Jewel Taylor of Paris and Lucy Fournier of Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
