He is survived by: his wife Donna McCormick; his children, Tommy Eugene McCormick (Naomi) of Bradford, Ricky Dale McCormick (Michelle) of Bradford, Debbie Henderson (Marvin, Sr) of Anna, IL and Tina Johns (Eric) of Dongola, IL; and his sisters, Wilodean Whitmore of Atwood, Linda Kay Herron of Camden, TN, May Ann Perry of Murray, KY and Carol Jean Seals (Richard) of Metropolis, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
