He is survived by: his wife Gladys Escobar Viveros; his daughter Ana L. Escobar; his grandson James Conner Burchwell; his son Alfonso Escobar (Karla Y. Escobar); his grandchildren, Alfonso Roman, Anthony Cole and Valerie Yvette Escobar; and his siblings, Margarita, Oscar, Nidia and Mario Escobar. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
