He is survived by: his wife Sabrina Curtis Temple; his children, Allison Temple Fromke (Michael) and William Winfield Temple (Ansley); his granddaughter Eloise Lea Fromke; his father David Bruster Temple; his father-in-law Travis Curtis; his siblings, Susan Temple Meyer and Johnny; his sister-in-law Kelly Curtis; his nephew Win Meyer (Melissa); and his nieces, Elise Fritz (Trevor), Nicole Baxter (Brayden), Morgan Cupples (Camron), Reese and Bella.
