Earl Edward Vastbinder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2025, at the age of 90, Earl Edward Vastbinder of Brentwood, Tennessee, born in Moraine, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earl Edward Vastbinder to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clayton and Lucy Vastbinder (Smith); his brothers, James and John Vastbinder; and his granddaughter Holly Nanney.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Vastbinder; his daughters, Jennifer Nanney (Steve) and Heidi Garber (Stuart); his grandchildren, Channing Brown (Taylor), Jayne-Stuart, Hamilton (Katie), Campbell Garber and Carson Nanney; his great grandchildren, Kathryne and Caroline Brown; his sister Shirley Dornbusch (Elwood); and his former wife Joyce Mangum (Joy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Covenant Presbyterian Church (33 Burton Hills Blvd, Nashville, TN 37215). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Samaritan's Purse, Child Evangelism Fellowship or Covenant Presbyterian Church.
