He was predeceased by: his mother Cornelia Cox Jobe Downey; his stepfather Paul Downey; his aunt Margaret Cox; and his brother Larry Jobe. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Boehms Jobe; his children, Alison Rogers (David), Janet Byers (Joel Maners), Dana Arnold (Forest), Nelia Jobe and Welvin Williams (Rhonda); his brother Jeff Jobe (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Stephen, Andrew Byers, Rachel Rose (Matthew), Lauren Spell (Nate), Aiden (Jules), Micah Arnold, Alicia Taylor (Brett), Sara, Cameron and Forrest Maners; and his great grandchildren, Olórin Arnold, Paxton and Wesley Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
