She was predeceased by : her husband Eddie Staggs; her daughter Kristi Staggs; her parents, James Foster and Lucille Foster; and her brother Jimmy Foster.

She is survived by : her daughter Kerri Herndon; her granddaughter Kaylee Herndon; and her sister Cindy Foster.
