He was predeceased by: his parents, William E., Sr. and Thelma Sturm McEldowney; his brother William E. McEldowney, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Kim Pennycuff (Neil); his granddaughters, Ashley Chapman (Matt) and Allison Pennycuff; his great grandchildren, Parker and Hadley Chapman; and his stepchildren, Shane Dopp, Eric Dopp (Kym) and Jodi Johnson (Michael). He is also survived by five step-grandchildren, and two step great grandchildren, plus other loving family and friends.
