As Virginia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Virginia. Though Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline McClain Hall and Howard W. Hall; her husband Doug Lapins; and her sister Barbara Tuttle. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Willis (John) of Sewanee and Katie Lapins of Murfreesboro, Tenn; her grandsons, Addison Willis of Chattanooga and Aaron Willis of Sewanee; and her siblings, Linda Jones of Walnut Creek and Rod Hall (Judith) of Carmel, Calif.. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
